Récolte – named for the French word for harvest – introduced its bounty of breads and pastries to the Upper West Side in November 2017. Designed by award-winning pastry chef and baker Peng-Chieh Wang, the offerings weave together classic European sensibilities with a light and fresh Asian perspective.

Récolte Dessert Bar collaborate with renowned pastry chef Michael Laiskonis. This project turns the bustling bakery by day into a sophisticated seated dessert experience in the evening, adding another unique dining option to the neighborhood. An ever-changing dessert tasting menu, inclusive of three ‘courses’, offers refined creations informed by the seasons and inspired by techniques both classic and inventive.
